Comm-Works provides a broad spectrum of corporate technology services, specializing in customers with multiple locations such as retailers and financial services. The company has experienced strong growth, but as it spins off two divisions into a single new entity, top management realized the need to redefine its business strategy, and develop Brand Strategies for the Comm-Works brand and the spin-off. We guided the senior team through the creation of a new Strategic Vision and a Brand Strategy that is based on a strong emotional customer benefit. We then helped management of the spin-off develop a Brand Strategy for the new company and created its new name, Tailwind.
