Opus is one of the largest commercial real estate development companies in the U.S. They provide a full spectrum of design-build services for commercial building and lease needs, and have recently begun serving the residential market. However, their growth into different geographic markets had resulted in the Opus brand being perceived differently by customers and brokers across the country.
We guided their executive management team in creating a Brand Strategy that would fuel their Business Strategy by leveraging the Opus brand across all their products and services, and across all U.S. markets.
The result was a believable, distinct and compelling Brand Promise, which provided those responsible for growing the Opus brand with clear and consistent direction.
