Praise FM is a listener supported, worship radio station serving the Twin Cities, Central Minnesota, Eastern South Dakota, South Eastern North Dakota and Africa through radio broadcasts, and serving the world through live internet broadcasts.
They are passionate about communicating to their listening family that worship is a believer’s first and highest calling. Through their ministry of worship, prayer and special events they are encouraging listeners to become wholehearted worshippers who will reach their world for Jesus Christ.
In 2011 the leaders of Praise FM engaged us to guide them in developing a Brand Strategy that would help them better understand Target Customers, their underlying needs and motivations, and their perceptions of the Praise FM brand and competitive brands. Most important was their desire to determine the relationship the Praise FM brand would have with Target Customers in the future.
We began by fielding qualitative research with Target Customers, and then guided their leadership in discovering insights and creating a Brand Promise that was compelling, believable and distinct in order to fuel their growth plans.
