Dr. Wire is a board certified plastic surgeon who focuses on facial rejuvenation, while performing other procedures, if requested.
We were engaged to develop a Brand Strategy that, when effectively expressed in the marketplace, would result in more patients choosing Dr. Wire to perform all of their ongoing facial rejuvenation procedures.
We began by interviewing current patients to understand their relationship with the Dr. Wire brand and competitive brands. Next, we uncovered patient’s underlying needs and motivations, and determined how we wanted the Dr. Wire brand to evolve in the future. Next, we created a Brand Promise that was compelling, believable and distinct in order to drive growth that was consistent with the Dr. Wire’s business strategy.
Lastly, we guided creative development for expressing the Brand Strategy internally and in the marketplace.
