The United States Hockey Hall of Fame, located in Eveleth, MN, was dedicated in 1973 as the “National Shrine of American Hockey.” Its Mission is “To be America’s hockey showplace to honor the legends of the game, and to preserve the precious memories of ice hockey in the United States via physical displays, exhibits, video, theater and memorabilia.”
Our role was to guide the USHHF Executive Committee in creating its Strategic Vision. This began by agreeing upon a common understanding of their Current Profile, and then creating their Future Profile to achieve their growth goals, including: Business Concept, Driving Force, Customers, Geography, Events, Strategic Alliances, Financials, etc. Lastly, we determined the Critical Issues we must focus on moving forward in order to achieve our Future Profile.
