Amplifon, the Italian hearing services retailer, acquired Miracle-Ear, the leading hearing brand in the U.S. After a year of cost cutting and re-organizing, Amplifon, and U.S. management and franchisees, realized the need to be more customer focused in order to achieve top-line growth. We were engaged to guide development of a distinct and compelling Brand Strategy that would build strong relationships with customers, especially “baby boomers.”
