Minnesota Sports and Entertainment owns the Minnesota Wild NHL Team, Wildside Catering, and 317 On Rice Park, a special event facility. It also manages the operations of the RiverCentre complex in Saint Paul that includes Xcel Energy Center, Touchstone Energy Place Convention Center and Roy Wilkins Auditorium. With all of these independent, yet mutually-dependant, entities coming together, executive management and the Business Operations Group needed to create a common vision. Our role was to guide them in developing a Strategic Vision that maximized the capacity of these sports and entertainment environments by building strong relationships with customers, performers and civic partners.
