An affiliate of Twins Sports, Inc., Victory Sports is a new regional sports channel serving the Upper Midwest with programming that ranges from high school sports to University of Minnesota basketball to Minnesota Twins baseball. Following completion of its Strategic Plan, Victory realized the need for a Brand Strategy in order to achieve its growth plans. We led the Victory Sports management and agency team in creating a Brand Strategy, which included a Brand Essence describing how Victory wants viewers to relate to the brand, and a Brand Promise, which is compelling and distinct because it is based on a deep understanding of the needs and motivations of the target viewer.
We continue to consult with Victory regarding on- and off-air issues related to the brand.
