Graphics Factory, a retail marketing agency specializing in creative design, production and fulfillment, wanted to expand its services and grow significantly in the next two to three years. We began our role by guiding Graphics Factory management in creating their first Strategic Vision. We then helped them develop a Brand Strategy, which included a Brand Essence and an emotionally based Brand Promise. This has energized the company’s entire workforce and is helping to build stronger relationships with more customers.
