Headquartered in the UK, Revolymer is a 5 year old, privately-held, technology company that designs, develops and formulates novel polymers to revolutionize consumer products.
One new polymer, Rev7, when formulated into chewing gum makes the gum removable and biodegradable.
With such a revolutionary product, executive management realized the need to create a Brand Strategy to introduce a sugar-free chewing gum into the US and European markets. Our role was to guide leadership in identifying the target consumer, based on insights into their underlying needs and motivations. We then created an emotional Brand Promise that was compelling, believable and distinct to drive growth consistent with the Business Strategy. Next, after creating potential names, we determined the best brand name would be Rev 7, and directed an outside resource in developing the logo and packaging.
