Paper Magic Group is the leading marketer of Halloween products in North America and markets other seasonal items. Because of unsatisfactory financial performance and significant marketplace changes, executive management believed it had to redefine the company’s opportunities for growth. We were engaged to guide them in development of a Strategic Vision, which resulted in difficult decisions regarding their business concept, top priority customers, geographic markets, and major brands. We continued our involvement on an on-going basis in communicating and implementing the Strategic Vision.
