In order to more efficiently impact the needs of the Twin Cities regional business community, the Minneapolis Regional Chamber of Commerce (MRCC) was formed by merging the Minneapolis and Bloomington Chambers of Commerce.
We were initially engaged to guide the MRCC in creating its Strategic Vision to impact regional issues that affect businesses in the Twin Cities. Among the Critical Issues identified to achieve its Strategic Vision was the need for a Brand Strategy that would build a strong relationship with its members. To meet that need, we guided the MRCC Executive Committee through the development of a new Brand Architecture and a believable and compelling Brand Promise that will achieve its growth plans.
