Play It Again Sports, a new franchised retail chain that buys and sells used and new sporting goods, was experiencing uncontrolled expansion. Our initial role was to understand customer needs and motivations, as well as those of franchisees. We then guided their executive team in developing the company’s Strategic Vision. Over the years, we guided the franchisee council and company management in creating their Brand Strategy, and applying it to buying, merchandising, marketing and communications.
